A unique street performance, the Trottinophone brings us two swing dancers who seem to have stepped right out of a Fred Astaire film, moving with their giant gramophone. 

To the sounds of swing, boogie-woogie, or rock and roll, they dance and engage passersby, asking about their favorite "retro" tunes. Based on the public’s choices (or their own inspiration of the moment), the two dancers will perform an impressive 2-3 minute improvisation, sometimes adding a few acrobatic moves typical of swing and rock and roll dances from the 30s, 40s, and 50s. Then, they’ll continue on their way, ready to present their lively performance to the next audience.
